For Money Matters Program

1. Introduction

1.1 These Terms and Conditions govern the participation in the Money Matters Program ("Program") offered by The CS Group ("Company"). 1.2 By enrolling in the Program, participants ("Participants") agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility

2.1 The Program is open to individuals aged 18 and above. 2.2 Participants must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.

3. Program Phases

3.1 Credit Report and Educational Resources 3.1.1 Participants will receive a free credit report. 3.1.2 Educational resources on reading and managing credit reports will be provided. 3.1.3 A free 30-minute consultation is available for further assistance.

3.2 Debt Management 3.2.1 Participants will receive guidance on handling debt responsibly. 3.2.2 Educational resources on debt management will be provided. 3.2.3 A free 1-hour consultation is available. 3.2.4 A free payment plan option is offered for those interested in accelerating debt repayment.

3.3 Budget Management 3.3.1 Participants will receive videos and tips on effective budgeting. 3.3.2 Consultations with a budgeting specialist are available.

3.4 Credit Rebuilding 3.4.1 Resources on rebuilding credit records will be provided. 3.4.2 A free 30-minute consultation is available. 3.4.3 Paid services for specific credit repair tasks are offered.

3.5 Additional Services 3.5.1 Legal advice and counseling services are available for a consultation fee. 3.5.2 An attorney may represent Participants in specific matters.

4. Consultations

4.1 Free consultations are limited to the durations specified in each phase. 4.2 Additional consultations or extended services may incur fees, which will be disclosed in advance.

5. Fees and Payments

5.1 Fees for paid services and additional consultations must be paid as per the specified rates. 5.2 Payment terms and methods will be communicated to Participants before the provision of services.

6. Confidentiality and Privacy

6.1 The Company will handle Participants' personal and financial information with confidentiality. 6.2 Participants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their information as necessary for the provision of the Program.

7. Disclaimer

7.1 The Company does not guarantee specific financial outcomes as results may vary based on individual circumstances. 7.2 The educational resources and consultations provided are for informational purposes and should not be considered as professional financial advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of participation in the Program. 8.2 Participants assume full responsibility for their financial decisions and actions taken based on the Program's resources and consultations.

9. Amendments

9.1 The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. 9.2 Participants will be notified of any significant changes to these Terms and Conditions.

10. Termination

10.1 The Company reserves the right to terminate a Participant's enrollment in the Program for non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions or any applicable laws and regulations.

11. Governing Law

11.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa.
